Thank you so much for all your updates Neville I absolutely love each one and of course a thank you to all at the centre for allowing you the access and happy to explain what they are doing and why. 10 stars !!!
Fantastic work, great that you are keeping as much original skin as you can. I recall Spitfire MH434 being totally reskinned completely destroying 75 years of dents bumps and character.
Nev, just a heads up...British Columbia aeroplane museum are renovating a Lancaster .ive seen their 2nd vid on line update.they also are doing their best.search it up,on here ,TH-cam 👍
Great information about the Deoxidine 624 anti corrosive treatment. That is a fantastic learning experience. Still, you videos are only fantastic. Hmmmmmm.
@@nevillewheeldon1693 The Bulldog is coming along. Did a short taxi test and found I need better brakes and carb set up. Should be taxiing soon. Check out: th-cam.com/video/k2tSt-rh9LY/w-d-xo.html if that does not work look up bristol bulldog taxi on youtube.
Another fantastic (I'm running out of superlatives) combination topic video. Thank you for asking about what happened to the French wing - makes so much sense now, even as the sadness persists. I have every confidence the shop there (what do we call it?) will return the wing to a state of happiness. The Mosquito would appear to be airworthy -- will we see it fly ?
@@SpenCrowson but now that the amazing find 3 weeks ago in an unused building that was going to be demolished of complete drawings of “how to build a “ mosquito was found ......who knows.the world cheers.
Thanks Neville I look forward to your info. I am looking to go to H.A.R.S. (Historic Aircraft Restoration Society) in New South Wales soon, I've been following the restoration to flying condition, the replica of Kingsford Smith's Southern Cross.

Interesting story behind the wing. Was a too damaged back in the day, but now worth saving.
Hi Ted, I guess it's junk to one-man and a treasure to another.

No, Tony's Mosquito is made up of several aircraft so it would need a complete rebuild to get it to that point.

Hi HH , Spen is right about the Mosquito it would require a new fuselage and wings and then follow the CAA procedure on assembly ( about £3,000,000).
How one could resist the urge to let the brakes off and go for it is beyond me. That mossie wants to fly!
Hi Scroggins 100, I think the CAA would shoot it down before it got of the ground.

Hi Jeff, that's interesting is it on you tube if so could you send me the link
Probably another certified job, eh. Whatever you do don't replace any of the skins.
Hi Thomas, could be.
What is stopping the Mozzi from flying ?
Hi Rob, The CAA rules and regulation. On a project like this they would require notifying before buying the first piece of wood.
👍nev
Cheers Dale.
I am out of superlatives Neville...
Hi John thanks for your comment.
Could have done without the grinder noise thanks
Hi John it's a workshop.
