Champions Online mission Radioactive Ringleader

Yeah... has a few.... references to the Fallout setting here...'cause one of the lead devs used to work on the original Fallout.
Yes... the boss fight here...is against a guy NAMED Fallout . :D The mission is... something that'd take little adaptation to rework into a Fallout plot. :p
