Sadly my mother passed away this time last year. Her one year anniversary is in six days. So naturally I cried my way through this video. But it was beautiful too because so many of the lessons your mom taught you and her grandkids, my mom taught me the same lessons. I’m a cancer survivor, in remission for ten years now from stage 3 breast cancer. And I’ve been disabled from fibromyalgia and RA for my kids’ entire lives, about thirteen years now. I know I would never be the survivor I am without the lessons from both my parents. I miss them each and every day. It being a survivor is their gift...one I am able to celebrate every single day!
