They will just do that naturally. Either go with the flow and make a sculptural basket....or keep twisting it back in the opposite direction and place your coils carefully.
Why don't you teach from the beginning and all the work is shown from the middle of the work. If you don't want to teach correctly, then why did you post a video?

I see that it's not only my problem. when I make an oval bottom. it twists... and not flat...
