Spell cycling is pretty bad when you think about it. If in Sudden Death, you’ll most likely see your opponent (depending on their deck) cycle logs, arrows, fireballs, earthquakes, poisons, and freaking rockets. If there’s one thing I think will shut that down it to make spell damage do no damage to crown towers, effects like freeze being the only thing to effect it. I just see spell cycling for a win rather bad if not poor sportsmanship (with and without the toxic emote spam on top of it)
If you can't punish your opponent for being down 6 Elixir or you keep giving positive trades that the opponent is able to spell cycle or you give value by placing stuff near your crown towers then it is a skill Issue on your part. Spell cycling is also so difficult to do without the heavy defencive cards in these decks (Ice Wiz Nade in Ice Bow decks, Spam swarm units in Bait/cycle decks etc..) spells doing damage to crown towers would be a nerf to most spells like you say but for Void and Lighting it is more of a buff/rework because if Void can't damage towers then it will always guarantee sniping any troops placed near it and for Lighting you snipe high health troops quicker and more effectively but Lighting an Elixir Collector won't be as worth it because it doesn't deny all Elixir. Meanwhile some medium spells that the crown tower damage was like some extra value they would be hurt and Rocket would be obliterated from the meta. Small spells won't see that much of a fall because historically they are always versatile. Spells rn deal significantly less damage to towers (Rocket at level 15 deals over 500 but this isn't the end of the world really) Spell cycling is more powerful in fast cycle decks like Hog 2.6, Royal Hogs EQ, Logbait, X-Bow etc...because they get their spells much quicker meanwhile a heavy Beatdown player will struggle with spell cycling because their decks are so heavy that they can lose when the opponent has like 5 HP on the tower so spells are also used very differently depending on the archetype. Your nerf idea has no thought put behind it whatsoever.

I’d argue that giant graveyard is a very no skill deck. However, I believe that Splashyard takes a decent amount of skill to play due to needing very good defence and good patience which most players lack. Tornado placements can win you games with king tower activations and pulling a card towards the enemy tower to splash with a baby dragon/ice wizard. So most players wouldn’t be able to pick up the deck that easily compared to something like e golem/goblin giant but I’m not saying it’s the most skill-full win condition.
@@plantseason290passive playstyle is mostly with spawners not defencive buildings or Siege. I still believe that these cards deserve some love though, sitting at 0% usage rate in every gamemode is horrible balancing
Even out of midladder, I mostly play royal giant or hog rider, both can't reach the tower and you always have to spend more elixir to get rid of the Evo mk when your attack didn't do shit to their towers
Graveyard was the first legendary I was every able to upgrade to level 12. I did NOT do it to be a troll, my level 13 Xbow is good enough at that as it is without any unnecessary help, thank you!
Mega Knight is definitely the most ridiculous card in the game. Its a card that pu$$ies use for an easy win and it's bs to have to build a deck around the probability that I will come across more decks with the mega knight than not. My issue with graveyard is when other people use it, it somehow does some damage to my castle but when I use it, it miraculously never touches theirs? I'm also getting sick of the amount of elixir people seem to have and it's gotten worse over the past few months. I will watch my elixir and see that I'm at maybe four elixir while my opponent drops two cards worth, say, nine elixir. I see it as a good moment to go for an attack but somehow, I drop five elixir worth of something and in the time between me dropping something and then dropping something, I've gained maybe three elixir yet they drop something that costs anywhere between seven and nine elixir? How is that possible? They should have at max five elixir yet theyr're dropping two cards together that equal anywhere between seven or nine elixir? I watch the replay and somehow it adds up even though, as I'm watching it, I can tell there's no way they should be able to do what they're doing. I'm getting really sick of the game because I come across this way more than I should. Decks that have an average elixir count of 4.5 while mine is 3.5 but I somehow can't keep up with how much they drop.

For example, there was one match where they were using the elixir counter and it was giving them three elixir every time, instead of an extra one. Not only that but I will stop playing to win and just watch. Counting the elixir they drop and basing it off of mine. That is how I am able to know that they shouldn't be anywhere near the amount that they use. Add in someone using a deck with an average elixir of 5.1 yet I somehow couldn't keep up with them because they were dropping cards faster than what is possible even though my average elixir count is like 3.5 but they drop more often and more at a time than I can? This is actually an issue and if you look into it, you will see there are A LOT of other players who experience this same problem, among others. Yes, there are instances where I simply just lost but I am not talking about those matches.
@@Kennyxdlol There are also the times that are more rare but still happen when someone drops enough cards to add up to like 15+ elixir in a matter of seconds but the elixir doesn't fill up that fast. Like I said, that doesn't happen as often but I have come across matches like that before. I actually recently had one where they dropped the pekka, mega knight, valkyrie, another pekka and used arrows four times all while I had enough elixir to drop about eight worth of elixir but nothing more because I had to wait for mine to build back up. That one I had my son and my husband watching and they were both saying the same thing as me, it wasn't possible.

I don't agree, I get it may be unfair in certain matchups, but truth of the matter is, it only takes a king activation to lose you a game. The only way you can avoit this is by playing giant graveyard, that is truly a no skill GY experience imo
