I'm honestly here after playing Warhammer Total War and Vermintide. I wanted to learn more about Warhammer in general but I was most interested in Skaven. These videos are awesome! Keep it up
Slowly but surely building a following. The initial bit is a grind, but you've picked a good time to be doing this. Hope more people keep coming because you make good videos, and good Skaven videos, and Warhammer Fantasy in general, are hard to come by.

The poison wind globes were created during their war with Nagash, it was made shortly after Nagash had used some of his warp stone reserves to create a poisonous gas that would kill the Skaven upon contact by melting their flesh off and raising them shortly after.
It's funny how warhammer chaos works, it is magic, but to those in warhammer it's just laws of physics. Example, we belive in gravity right? To us gravity is a fact, not some mystical power. But by chaos standards it is a phenomenon only existing cause we believe in it. We cannot discern what's actual laws of physics and what's chaos if we simply can't be convinced it's otherwise. And when we are finally convinced it's bullshit, like for example with the medieval medical theory of the 4 humors being replaced with theory of microbiology, then microbiology now starts to make sense and physically works, and 4 humors don't work. It's startlingly applicable to our real world to a point chaos may not be fiction at all. It's an immensly well designed fictional mechanism.

Hey thick, could you maybe upload the background music you use? I know it’s Martian cowboy, but they have that part with the sort of bell sounds. Yours just repeats the first part in a loop, so could you upload a small loop or a video that immediately starts and begins so the loop doesn’t have this silence in between?

So, they are actually the only Skaven that don’t actively worship the Horned one. Though through their inventions and schemes probably passively worship him kind of like how the chaos gods are worshipped. Because of this the Grey Seers loath clan Skryre and their tinker rats. Though most of the clan either pretends to worship or does just enough publicly to not be accuse of heresy.

I'm usually fielding 2-4 melee units in my late-game armies, but that's mostly to deploy as meat shields to take on flankers

Fun fact:skaven invented electricity. The warpstone conducts a electric charge that can be harnessed. Its like the plutonium of warhammer
dankdamundi that is technically incorrect, electricity is a naturally occurring element, but you could say that they made technological electricity.

@Wylvien the Dawi have helicopters and trains their technology may seem lacking behind skaven but it is much more stable and reliable

How does clan Skryre worship the horn rat? Anything special because I know they hate grey seers and probably kill grey furs when they are pups?
