- Jacob Ocholla Mwai wants the court to compel the Kibaki family to recognize him as the firstborn son and give him an equal share of the late president's inheritance.
His blood brother who spoke to NTV disputed this claim and presented to us documents and pictures showing Jacob Ocholla's upbringing. He concluded by sending a hearty message to his brother to stop embarrassing the family.
