You can complete the sparks quest by increasing a hero's gifts of the elements from level 0 to 1 and then resetting it back to zero. You'll recover your sparks and will only lose a bit of gold.

Valkyrie favor costs money which free to play players cannot do it automatically the tasks, Wisdom crystals task is impossible to do without resources everyday this task is there, Hero skin stones also very tough to do it daily as we need lots of them, Spend Essence of Elements also without more resources tough task, Pet task is also tough without chaos particles which we need a lot cannot do this task daily, Clash of Worlds are only for silver or gold guild teams, cannot access in bronze league. We can do some tasks but to do all we would need lots of resources which is tough.
