- First grouse of the season, a 30lb salmon, 21 foxes in a night, antis behaving badly and Countryside Alliance Foundation bringing game cookery to urban England - it is again the best of British sport in this week's Fieldsports Britain. With the help of a speedy Subaru Outback, we're putting grouse, venison and salmon on a plate by 11.30am on the Glorious Twelfth with chef Neil McGown of the East Haugh House Hotel at Pitlochry - and he's catching and shooting them too. We're out in southern England with legendary foxshooter and falconer Roy Lupton on a red-letter night. And Lee Maycock of the Game to Eat initiative is teaching the chefs of tomorrow at Hertford Regional College about cooking game meat. He even has a quick recipe for 'cooking' venison in a freezer that you'll like.

@TheFerretboy95 I think that method breating pigeons is called the 'Ron Greenhill method' or similar.
whats the name on the lokk pipe you just on the fox's ? nice movie !
well well yet again its was fine show, Pushing out our shooting and field sports thanks keep it up " PISH " TEE HEE HA HA LOVED IT, THANKS to " knock em down ROY "!
Does anyone know where I can learn that pigeon breast trick at 21:53?
@TheFerretboy95 1. take the wings twist them backwards until they come off at the body. 2. tear out the crop with your fingers 3. using your thumbs back to back down the cavity you will see turn the bird inside out which separtes the base of the breast and presents it to you, as you see in the video just take the breast out. This description may sound complicated but its easier with a bird. You need strong thumbs which initialy rip the bird apart at the base of crop opening.
Great video
Is the news slot meant to look so cheesy?
I say it's about time too take the victorian man traps out of the shed again!!

why?
who else posed for the camera at 03:56 ? lol!
I doubt they kill everything in site. If they did, there would be nothing to hunt, hunting is dependent on conservation and its just your personal prejudice that leads you to claiming that these men "have a mental problem." Hunting tastes good, bro.
It's called a logic class, find one ASAP.
I think you should disable the comments, these people are just ignorant.
Shooting foxes isn't at all illegal. They are classed as vermin by the British government and can be controlled as a result.
Foxes are only shot to allow livestock and other animal species to survive.
You think that hunting animals is wrong? Where do you think the meat that you eat came from? Pigs, chickens and cows are animals too and just because you pull your meat off a supermarket shelf, rather than hunting it for yourself, doesn’t mean that it's any different.
