Love the ground level, however missing my outdoor shower. Also I do not think I saw a bathtub? Second bedroom shown with the two window wall, quite nice. Love seeing the olive tree, just perfect. 😄

That kitchen is way too small for a house of this size. Like the backyard, has everything you would need - even a vegetable garden, but is not too big.
Oh... the lights on the wall are called sconces, scones are a baked British food. 😉

This home is classy and almost perfect.All homes require at least a double garrage and the future requires charging points for cars.also to keep them out of the sun.if garages would be perfect ,So many built today were space is to big and open,and because value is by the square metre makes them a lot more expencive.

Das ist ein Kontrast - die winterlichen Alpen und dann Marbella ... schön, dass Ihr wieder in Spanien seid! Das Haus hat eine tolle Außenansicht und auch die Innengestaltung ist sehr gelungen. Die Küche wäre mir zu klein für 5 Schlafzimmer (wie soll man denn in dieser Küche 10 Personen bekochen?). Das "Wohnzimmer" fehlt ganz, dafür ist das Untergeschoss zu üppig. Der Treppenflur "zerschneidet" die Hauptwohnetage und man fällt entweder die Treppe hinauf oder hinunter wenn man die Eingangstür öffnet. Es fehlt das sogenannte "Landing" (wo lässt man denn seine Schuhe und Jacken?). Der Architekt hats gut gemeint aber weniger gut ausgeführt. Aber wie immer, reine Geschmacksache! 😉 Eure Präsentation war wie immer sehr gut, informativ und unterhaltsam - besten Dank dafür.
Wir verlassen marbella nie, aber gerne zeigen wir die Kontraste 😄

Really nice home, love the views and the styling of the home is beautiful. My favourite bedroom would be the master bedroom, with the fifth bedroom a very close second, due to the styling and proximity to the pool. Got to say I really like every aspect of this home. Do like Dominic's blazer, very stylish Dominic 👍.

Very nice house with peaceful colour design, however some areas of the house like terrace are overlooked and there is no privacy.

Yes, you’re right Sotogrande definitely gives you more bang for your buck. The problem is, it’s a Long drive back to Marbella, which is where all the action is. Sotogrande is so dead, the people in the cemeteries are leaving lol.
Nice to see you back in the sun ….. with an interesting property that has a very compromised design. No garage space to park your Bentley or Ferrari 😳 😢🫣! Also it lacks circulation space in the front entrance hallway for guests because of the stairway. Lastly the smallest cheapest looking kitchen I’ve seen in one of your videos in years. Ohhhh and finally I know it never rains much over there but you would think the developer would install rain gutters to help harvest the water for the plants and flowers ? Keep up the good work and I can’t wait to see what you do next 🙌🏼👏🏼
