Love this concept. A couple flex options would be drop tri pots for spell power pots and swap out inner light front bar for vamp drain. Drake's rush is also very comparable to Arkasis and you just have to bash every 18 seconds without micromanaging potions/potion cooldowns.
Drake's Rush is deffinetly an option but I like that Arkasis is instant for the 200 combo (meteor into destro ult). Plus Arkasis is a little more ult / s overall. You already want potion cooldown glyphs on the nightblade so that is not a loss. But not a bad set, I just consider it more of a tank set. It could be fun to experiment with vamp drain just to see how much ult regen you could get.
My team uses arc healer for 4 man trifectas First of the perma shields and then the op buffs of the arc Dds are 1x arc and 1x plar Also i got 3 dd builds for 4 man too so i picked khajiit that way we can swap from 3dd to 2dd healer between single bosses too and i really like healing with it I might try nb heal too
I have a video on healer races, the best races are Breton, Nord and, Dark Elf. But the other races like Khajiit are also fine, it doesn't make a huge difference.

That's fine, just that off-balance you need a lightning wall. So if dds have exploiter passive then lightning is better.
