The blue dashboard screen is a nice touch. And sat nav is large enough to read at a glance. It's quite nippy for a large vehicle. Also the suspension handled the rough road rather well. Nice review
This is the same 1.3 Mercedes use for the A, B, CLA, GLA, GLB models. Except for those they have an 8 or nine speed automatic. It also features in their plug in powertrains for the ones I mentioned. Interesting to see it here, in Renault’s biggest SUV.

I have one of these in the 2.5 petrol. 8.5 litres per 100km, all day everyday and with the AC on and 2 adults and 2 kids. Amazing fuel economy 👌👌👌 Luxury, quiet, and the best.
@@mr.h3603 Thanks for replying. That's actually good economy for a SUV of this size to get in a city-heavy driving mix. Do you face excessive issue with CVT whine? And any issue with lack of power accelerating from stop into roundabouts?
@@Subh8081 My wife mostly drives the Koleos. We've had it since new and it's now at 50,000km. Still drives like new, no whine, hesitation or any problems. In saying that, soon as it reaches just under 100,000km, we will trading it in for something newer. Great car, but the CVT is something I've never liked too.
I drive the 2.5 version. The CVT wine on this is really bad. How I wish they've included the conventional gear box in this one, would have been perfect.

It’s all about status here though isn’t it, who really wants a huge SUV by Renault when they could have a SUV by VAG or Volvo It’s why the Ford Edge flopped even though it was a pretty good car and why the CX-5 has always had poor sales even though it’s one of the best ones out there
