You got to understand these dancers were dancing all day as well as waiting to dance. Takes a toll on the body - both represented themselves the best they could! That's the beautiful thing about dance in general
i think J Boogie is really good actually. But i agree with you. I roll my eyes when people say you can't compare dancers. I don't care what style of dance you pursue. You can always measure talent.
That face from 8:30 to 8:33 was priceless, made ma laugh so hard. One of the best battles I've seen and one of the battles where Larry had a worthy opponent.

your right on one thing i am not better then the twins. but they are not better then me . we are dancers who love to dance thats it . and if you think that by winning a jam makes you a good dancer you need to really check again . what makes you a great dancer is you love and passion for the dance not for the person doing the dance. its not about winning or losing its about sharing the floor to get the haters off of it .

That is the best Larry I have seen - and I tend to lean towards Lau more often. Larry is here very universal, many different moves, flexible, open to music - completely out of his casual "rigid" style. Really step forward from Larry!
i am glad your a fan of the twins but i hope that you not a hater or just a youtube dancer and that you get down too . don't support the twins by hating on others just support and let the twins handle the rest cause unless you have done something in the dance world your words mean nothing so all thats left is the dance ..

All the positive things you said about passion and love, not winning or losing, and sharing the floor is the very definition of LT, if this wasint true they wouldint have worked hard and continued dancing, the have been doing this since they were kids, except theyve improved. If you cant see this simple fact that they LOVE what they do, than im sorry but you're the lost one when it comes to dancing. i hope you get use to them, because theyre not going anywhere, nor have their limits peaked

From 2:25 - 3:08 Larry was hitting the violin in the background. you need to either turn the volume up or improve your musicality. I've been dancing most my life, and I haven't seen many people with such extraordinary intricate musicality as Larry.

Agree. There are some 'areas' where Twins will just not fit with their styles and prefrences. But to be honest there was no need for 3rd round. Larry killed it already in first!

LT are wonderful BUT they're HUMAN. It's INSANE to think that they are going to win every battle that they are in. They've won and lost battles on the way up & they're going to lose some while on top. Every warrior has a good/ bad day. REAL life test 4 them is if they can beat all the Hollywood fame that is coming their way. Trust, H'wood is going to try its best to pit LT against each other. They can't stand that they are close & positive brothers. Pray they don't fall for it,drugs,envy etc.

Isolate each different rhythm and beat, now isolate them at the "same time" and you have larry. Each body part moves in sync with a different beat. He is not off beat. You are just deaf.

exactly.. watching the video 2-3 times lets u know the beats larry/laurent are hitting cos u simply miss those beats the first time.. they could anytime dance like normal dancers hitting obvious beats, but they too good for that.. ;)

The difference between larry and laurent is that larry's moves look awesome to any music because they are more hip hop oriented. Laurent is more dependent on the beat because he just flows. I still say Laurent is the best in the world when it comes to killing a beat.

its not sloppy hip hop. its just hip hop at speed. The difference being that the twins can be just as smooth as anyone else and they can do it quicker. (; You are down playing them dramatically. Besides dancing is just music in motion. So come off it.
Props to J Boogie, especially bein so tall and still bein able to throw a few bboy moves in there, but Larry cleaned house.

Hey! Am I seeeing some "Laurent" in this Larry dancing? :) Especially 4:43-4:48 - very "Laurent like" moves and typical Lau's face expressions :) I always considered Lau to be more flexible/open and Larry to be more "rigid" but Larry really evolves like rocket! This was pure power from Larry :)

Woah dere, don't yell at me, and this isn't about my skill, I don't dance so of course I couldn't do that. But that argument you presented doesn't mean J Boogie is better than Larry or Lau, that just means he's competent enough to make it past those other dancers. He's not on the same level as the twins and there are hundreds of videos proving that compare their skills to LT's. *shrug* sorry not sorry be pressed about it if you want

Ok, so there's my point, YOU, dont dance so how can you say and compare dance skills between j boogie and the twins when you yourself does NOT dance. I understand that people are entitled to their opinions and what not, but as a dancer myself who has known and danced along side both the TWINS and J Boogie know that they are on another level of dance, it might not be the same dance style but you cant tell me J Boogie is not a good (key word"DANCER").

I hate when people say that. You can compare them you HAVE to compare them to pick whose better(ie when someone battles and you pick whose better). In comparison LT is better, goodness stop arguing with me, I'm not gonna change my mind or think J Boogie is even near their level because he's not.
