Adventures in Princess Encounters at Magic Kingdom

Welcome to a very delayed Memorial Day vlog at Hollywood Studios and the Magic Kingdom!
This one features quite possibly our FAVORITE moment of all time at the Magic Kingdom.
We were coming out of Peter Pan for our last ride of the night and as we were walking past the carousel, Aurora comes walking up to us out of nowhere! The next thing we know, Iris is dancing with Snow White, having a private stroll around Fantasyland with Jasmine and playing make-believe with Ariel. It was completely unexpected and we can only imagine the lasting impression special moments like these have on our daughter. That's why we keep coming back. For the experiences.
We have a couple more days to post from this trip (and also from our Halloween trip) and then we'll be off to RunDisney Marathon Weekend 2024! Woohoo!

Im actually excited to check out the country bear jamboree show. Im going to miss the original country bear jamboree for sure , but its time to move on and it lived its usefulness.

They just announced that the country bears will be closing on January 27th and will reopen late summer for its new version of the show.

I would think filming in 24 fps would only look good with a tripod or a gimbal. Never just hand held.

The only bad thing about the zve1 is i heard there is problems with it overheating, at least thats what i heard.

I was so nervous about this when I rented it but I never ran into any issues on an entire Disney trip when I rented it. Never got to extreme temperatures and think the day I filmed Festival of Fantasy it was cloudy, so it wasn’t a worse case scenario test. I think you really run into problems when you film at 60fps. I was doing all 24fps.

Would an f 2.8 lens be good enough for filming on rides ?

It definitely works but on some of the dark rides it reaaally helps to have a wide 1.8 or 1.4 if possible.

@@adventuresindisneying Like the haunted mansion and dinosaur from animal kingdom for instance . My guess is you could still get away filming this rides with an f 2.8 but it would be tough.
