- The defendant hired the plaintiff to videotape his graduation ceremony. However, the defendant failed to pay, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant says all he did was invite the plaintiff to the graduation. He did not hire the plaintiff to record anything. The defendant is countersuing for defamation.

The plantiff knew he was dead wrong for redeeming the defendants free pizza. On top of that, the plantiff is out of his mind to expect payment for services without verbalizing that it wasn't free AND sending a contract after providing the service
