Great show. Heidjer and I seem to have similar taste since I grabbed 2 of his picks 😂

@Levicrush Whaaaaaat? And you're gonna keep which ones they are a secret?!? Shame on you! 😜Congrats on the two wins and thanks for checking out the show. You should pop in and interact with us live sometime if you can!
Great show. It was nice to see a focus on "non-mainstream" art. But, going off of the final auction prices, it's still very popular with at least a few collectors.

@NSNart Thanks, Mike. I knew this episode was gonna be right up your alley due to the art selection! I had no idea what some of those non-mainstream pieces that Heidjer and Matt picked were going to sell for, but yeah, I was shocked at how much some of them sold for.🤯
Super awesome informative show Ruben! Love all the picks especially the Swampy #50 page! Also the red lined hand was indeed like a yellow glow look in print haha.

@deeeekay What's up, Dave? Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for checking it out! I had a feeling you might enjoy this one after the guys sent me their picks and I saw how Horror heavy the show was going to be! Oh, and thanks for checking and confirming I was right about my guess on the Swamp Thing double page spread! 😃
Best quote of the show: Matt at 1:41:23: "I have seen a lot of these butchered-@ss Avengers covers . . . our two favorite brothers’ have a lot of it at their tables over the years, and they were janky."

@tommcdonald9337 Yeah, that was great! Except, as I corrected him about in that conversation, he obsesses about miscut art even though with very few exceptions, the covers were never cut off the presses at all and 99.9% of them are in perfect shape! 😆 Gotta love Matt, though!
Interesting show gentlemen with a wealth of knowledge dropped on art way out of my price range lol but awesome to look at:)

@WarriorsPathCombat Glad you enjoyed it, Danny. We DO keep the main focus on the art itself rather than the cost of it, but in the current market, there's really no getting around the unaffordable aspect, as most art today seems to have reached the point of unaffordability for most people! Thanks as always for checking us out and for dropping a comment. 👍
nice diversity of picks for different art types, mediums, publishers, and eras. I appreciate the picks/recap/discussions having missed the auction itself this time around. Between your recap and the CAF one I get a decent idea of what I missed but of course there were hundreds more pieces of art. That said, this is the first HA signature auction in awhile that I felt like I didn't really mind missing at all, and besides the TMNT splash which I def could not afford, I wasn't that interested in anything. I think having to travel and spend time with family saved me from FOMO or any impulse buys this time around, which is a nice bonus lol. There will always be the next one to tempt me I suppose, but personally I'm getting a little burnt out again with so many auctions between all the major players all the time so taking a bit of a chill period from even watching them is necessary for me from time to time. Anyway, good stuff fellas. peace, Kavi

@PanelsPagesPixels Thanks for the detailed review of our episode, Kavi! Glad you enjoyed it. I agree, sometimes it really is best that you just stay away from the auctions. I've been staying away from the Wednesday Heritage auctions for 3 months or so for the same reason. I'm trying to begin the process of whittling down my collection, so I'd rather not be tempted to add more squirrels I don't need.
Enjoyed the show!
@hartr33 What, you mean even without much Marvel OR DC art? Well bless your Hart!
great show tonight, recommend every art collector to watch and learn
@1marvelfan707 Thanks, Tom, I always appreciate your participation!

You need to discuss more Marvel auction results. It'll give your stream a shakeweight boost in power!
@marcuswai I'll consider it, but shake weight has already turned me into a veritable powerhouse!
