Great vid, thank you. Had not considered the reduced carrying capacity you would have when fitting bash plates . I tow a camper along with extra bits and fitting these plates could take me over the legal max. Cheers.
It really depends on the terrain. Extreme rock steps? Yes it's going to save your bacon. Sand? Less mods the better. The great thing about bashplates are that they are removable. So take them off if you only go off-road occasionally
