The best thing that Dirt Devil ever made, IMHO. I had one when I was little and it still worked when I donated it in 2003. I bought a two-speed a couple of years ago that I use on the furniture.
I've been looking to find one of these Dirt Devil Hand Vac's recently. My paternal grandmother used to have the 08100 version, and it was quite a great little cleaner, back when Dirt Devil actually made good vacuums.
I had one in the mid 80s. Had it for 12 years at least. Motor finally wore out and bag got a hole. Loved it.
For a hand vac it’s pretty good
