Wow ! You have some cool fixtures ! Nice collection ! The black light circline one is a killer in my opinion ! I wish i had something like that. I only have a philips 40W circline.
You and Dave Lay were the two folks that I discovered Lighting-Gallery through and have since made many friends that share our crazy love of lighting. I love this video. Glad the little T5 lights I sent you years ago are so well appreciated and loved. I look forward to seeing how you utilize the latest ones I sent you. I still have you beat, with 150ish preheat mostly F40 fixtures in use in my shop alone. Your house has my house beat, although mine is also almost totally lit with preheat fluorescent. Two barns and three sheds are also preheat lit. Damn we are some crazy folks but glad to see others enjoy it!
Awesome fluorescent collection! Look like you have an old ceramic bodied ivory 3 way toggle switch made by Bryant @5:51 by your dual f7t5 fixture on your nightstand, I has always like Bryant’s older pre 1950 stuff especially the incandescent sockets and receptacles. And in the PL type flourescents, I have 5 of those GE biax adapters that takes the 5, 7 and 9 watt tubes. 😁
Beautiful to see these old preheat fluorescent lights. I uploaded on my channel old 1980's preheat 2 18W T8 light fixture. And it's super blinky, so it's something for you. It was made somewhere in Europe. Probbably in West Germany as ballast says. It has old school capacitor for powering two 20W T12 tubes (we have these capacitors in the Czech Republic. I'm not sure about neibourgh coutries) but since our coutry is not manufacturing T12 tubes anymore it's useless. Soon I will upload new video of my homemade 4-tubes preheat fluorescent light fixture and one workshop light fixture. Also preheat. I guess you will love it. Let me know you see it by posting a comment. Sorry for my english.
Hey Andrew. If none of your bulbs have already went EOL, could you do a video of the first one that burns out? I’m asking because I’m betting the circuline bulb above the sink is the first one that’s going to go out.
I grasp you enjoy the blink, primarily for the classic touch if not a real classic ballast. Sadly, that would have me in the hospital due to photo induced seizures, from me epilepsy. Enjoy your classics and keep them alive, I'll stick with LED and fluorescent black lights.
I recommend that for your ceiling fans, you should replace their light kits designed for shades with 4 inch diameter lips and install preheat F20T12 fluorescent adapters in them!!!
2:20 I got one of those but much wider but does not have that cover Witch you got an beautiful antique house you shouldn't have removed those old doors at your room or living room
DieselDucy I asked you on a live stream If you may recall that if you would be potentially interested in selling it and you said you possibly would be interested. If so I would be interesting purchasing it as is with the broken bulb and I would handle fixing it. Let me know if you would be interested. I collect various things and love to fix them if they are broken.
That sound of the lights turning on is so satisfying
Yay, a lighting video! Used to watch your light videos as a kid! Keep up the good work!

someone who like old stuff cfl.sodium.arc.metal.halogen.mercury vepor.neon.phosphor huuuh reminds me good things

at 16:00 that light you can get the glass at lowes and cut it to replace the ends looks like globes from a cheap "bedroom" light that were cut
They are original to the light. What should I replace them with ?

Witch you got an beautiful antique house you shouldn't have removed those old doors at your room or living room
Why did you wall of the kitchen? It makes the bathroom very hidden. Like now you have to walk all the way around just to use the bathroom.
no one likes the bathroom so close to kitchen
But otherwise you half to walk all the way around!
I'm gonna be re doing the kitchen and putting the stove where the door was
Like yours, my house has a variety of lights
Awesome👏🏻!
Do you have any Bright Stiks? I have one of them and it's a blacklight one.
It is usually not blinky
What ever happened to your 2D GE Fluorescent Work light from your earlier videos around 2008-2009?
it needs a new bulb.
