How To Remove A MERCRUISER 260 Engine, Flow Rite Live Well Upgrade Part 1

This is a 1984 Ranger 395V I/O bass boat with a Mercruiser engine. I damaged my stern drive the other day on the lake. I need to replace the stern drive, while I have the sterndrive off I decided to remove the engine to access the live well plumbing on this boat and to upgrade to a Flow Rite live well system on my1984 Ranger 395V I/O bass boat. This boat is a bass/ski boat that has an inboard/outboard engine. This is the first of a three part series, to be followed by a video showing how I replaced the stern drive.
