I took a deep dive into art gallery for a month straight AND spoke to my art gallery neofriends a ton to try to come up with the best, straightforward tips and tricks for getting selected for the art gallery.

Great video, and congrats on the recent wins! Ever since they updated the Creative Contest prize pool, it's been my main form of making nps. Won a Coltzan stamp on my 25 AG win and recently an Unidentified Petpetpet :D
Here's a couple other things I wanted to add:
- From my experience the judge likes it if you draw a recently released colour, outfit or character (if they apply to the upcoming AG). Also if you draw a no-so-popular colour it might stand out compared to other entries.
- If you're a better writer than artist, try the Poetry Contest! It's the same prize pool and the schedule is posted on the Neopian Writers boards

Hi, so I just started playing for nostalgia sake, I played as a kid but my dumb baby brain didn’t understand the game. I just got into it a few days ago and I’m honestly obsessed. I was wondering if it’s possible if you could make a video on maximizing your account (during the first three months when you can’t get certain rare items) and how to get yourself started. Ik this is unrelated to the video but I’ve just been watching everything Neopets cause I have a hyperfixation on it now 😭 also this art was so cute!

Thanks for the video and congrats on getting in! Definitely agree with making entries bold, I always try to use bold lines and colours and make sure the pet/subject takes up most of the frame. I got in for Hissi Day but got a tyrannian petpet pb lol 😭 coltzan stamp you will be mine some day

This video gave me the confidence to submit my first ever art gallery entry for the May Flowers theme and I got in!!! I ended up with a rainblug which is super exciting for me since it's one of my favorite p3s :D

i just finished my first ever drawing for the art contest because of this video. i kindaa maybe went a little overboard with working on it for 6 hours but, it was so much fun drawing so, i don't really mind.
i'm waiting to submit for the coming moehog day and, i'm wondering did you ever make new pieces for random days or, used previous works?
I haven't entered a "random day" that didn't have a theme yet, but when one comes up I WILL definitely be resubmitting some of my favorites that didn't get in!!!
thanks for the guide, grandpa! i decided i wanted to get more involved in the creative side of np(just for the sake of it, not really for the profit tbh) so i entered my aisha into the beauty contest, but i don't really have the time to do the board promotion aspect of it. this may be just the thing to give me little prompts though :)))
Beauty contest is SO FUN too but you’re right the campaigning can be such a pain!!!
You can always put the art on your pet’s lookup to show it off and give them some personality. That’s what I do with my past BC entries!!!!
