      I think Bolo Yeung was the first one that i saw doing that😁. The door opens the other way so hopefully it's not going to hit me 😅😅

      10min warm up+ 20min max the push-up challenge + 40min roughly the body part that i train in that day. This is based on my personal preference. I like to take shorter breaks between sets🔥🔥🔥
