I just can't get over how much quieter the Talaria is with that gearbox that's submerged in motor oil. The Sur Ron should have had that from the start, forget the primary drive and jackshaft nonsenese. Once there's 72v Talaria kits available, I'm going to buy one and replace my Sur Ron with it.
I hated throttle off re-gen ( 4 stroke mode) so turned it off. Added a thumb throttle to the left side so can still use re-gen for a brake. Love it now. Talaria looks good and the Rider has great skills . Would rather have your Ron though :)
Yeah I don’t like mode 4 but mode 2 I think is best is that what his saying it 2 stroke mode as it free wheels nice in mode 2 so u think to mode 1 and 3 not even sure what there for maybe hill climbs ? Dunno do u ?
You boys have a nice play ground to play on! I'm 39yrs old, just about to take the plunge and go for either a Talaria or Su-Ron, plus a Funbike MXR1500 to mod with new controller for my eldest lad.. Expensive, but I cant wait! Too rip the woods up with him! Keep on enjoying boys
There are multiple vendors, one in germany and swizze here in switzerland. I also plan on making my own battery pack for my SurRon, with the same Cells as the Gladiator from Chibattery :)

Mode 1 through 4 is the regen levels. Does the regen turn off completely?
