In practice test I got 105 or 110 , in real exam can I get 120 , because my college demanding , minimum 120 DET score....... can u please suggest me

So, the scores in practice test cannot be related to score on certified test. It depends on how well you answer the questions on certified test.
In order to improve score, I would suggest you follow this.
Mainly students face issues with achieving good production score. In that case, make sure you understand the writing and speaking question. Secondly, make sure that you answer what is being asked. For example, if there are 3 sub question in a question, make sure that you are answering them specifically at first.
Learn few synonyms, so that you can add variety of words in your answer to show off vocabulary.
Try to learn some linking words as they would make your sentences complex. try forming your answer in the Intro+Main idea +conclusion for both speaking and writing answer. Basically, check out how I form the writing answer in my current and other practice test videos.

Hello sir, yesterday i was about to start my Duolingo English test but when the time came to scan passport i was not able to scan my document. Please help me how to scan the passport should i have to hold it horizontal or vertical.

That's unfortunate but also common among many students.
I think you are given an instruction about how to hold your passport while beginning the test.
Many a times because of insufficient lights, your laptop's camera is not able to clearly provide picture of passport.
But if this has been a constant issue for you, I think you should reach out DET's support team to get help on uploading the passport.

Sir, how to download desktop app for Duolingo on primebook.. it is not working and showing like (this file can only be downloaded on a desktop site) suggestions regarding the problem

Firstly, where did you download the Duolingo app from? is it from this link here: englishtest.duolingo.com/download
If not, then please download it and try reinstalling it.
If yes, I think it's best to reach out to DET's support team to understand if the desktop app is supported on Primebook.
Is the practice test and the real test is the same! I'm getting 120-130 in the practice test of DET. Is there any chance to get the same score in real DET!
I practiced only two test from Arno and official site, got 120-130 in both tests and I got 130 in real test. Yes possible.

The only thing different on your certified test will be questions.
The practice test gives you idea on what you should expect on your certified test.
Regarding the score, I believe it completely depends on how well you are able to answer the questions. If you answer the question with same level of skills as you did in practice test, there are high chances that you'll score around the same.
All I need is just 105 score, I just did my practices test on Duolingo website and it shows the result between in 95 to 105 is there any chance to get 105 in really test??
