Beautiful job, and I say that as a boater in Ft Lauderdale and an RC hobbyist who has a few boats. That is one of the best kits ever put out by Dumas or any manufacture for that matter. I love the scale builds myself.
Not selling mine but I built one just like it for a friend who wants to sell his for $2500. It’s in Rc groups in the classified with pictures. It is painted white but with no clear coat. My email is on the listing.

@@Finnmarken91 I see them rarely on EBay for sale. I have one I am almost ready to paint in the spring of 2022. I hope to have it completed next year and I will show it on TH-cam. Maybe I will do a before paint video. It’s a tough model to build if you want it to look like a multi million dollar yacht. I was also able to see the full size yacht in Fort Lauderdale.

I picked up a Dumas Shelly Foss at a thrift shore. Another discontinued boat that’s really fun to run.
I have one of those to build as well. Maybe in a few years. I want to build an antique wood Dumas kit next.

Each battery is 12 volts and 7 or 8 amps work fine.
how long is the playing time using two 6 AH batteries?
Run time is about 30 minutes depending on the speed you drive.

Dumas told me on the phone they were thinking of bringing the kit back into production. Sometimes you can find them for sale on EBay or RC Groups.

All that extra detail work sure paid off. The stock kits leave a lot to be desired.
