Yes can be used. The voltage spikes across the secondary side diodes due to its reverse recovery time and transformer leakage inductance becomes big concerns
In a transformer, as the voltage goes down, the current goes up according to the turns ratio. However, in DC-DC converters, the current does not increase when the voltage goes down, but the current is supplied according to the load. So isn't it against the principle of V1I1=V2I2?
sir i want to increase the voltage from 400v to 1000v its is possible by high frequency transformer ? and again full bridge recrtifier. bcz i need 1kv at output

50% duty cycle. That is half of the period. Basically, half of the time we charge the inductor, and the second half we allow it to discharge.

It can be V1/V2 or V2/V1. Accordingly u have to change the other equations
