Love everything you received Aya. I've been trying to not spend any money and focus on debt and savings. You have options to switch out your dashboards making it feel like a new planner. I was just looking on Etsy last night and the shops I hearted and I couldn’t for the life of me figure it out but I thought I was missing a shop I follow, and when you mentioned about her shop I was like yep, I didn’t see hers. Same, im so frustrated. I ordered my first set of cash envelopes from a different shop, and they all came out defected, they all had huge bubbles and were splitting. That shop closed right when I received them. So I ordered again from jasmines wallet and waited weeks only to receive an email saying she closed her shop. Now to find a different shop to buy cash envelopes 😫
@@Daisy-ei1nn jasmines working with me to have my Etsy order processed, please be patient! Someone reported her shop, it’s out of her control and she’s doing her best to find a solution! 😭 I love her she’s great!

I ordered some products from Jazmines wallet and never got my products for months.....to this day I havent received them and when i reached out to the shop a couple times, the customer service was not good at all & was told basically I had to wait and there are no cancellations or refunds. I assume she has great products but the customer service was in my opinion really bad. Etsy may have gotten too many cases opened about issues with her shop I am assuming. I wish her well
Etsy closed down her shop because she was selling non-handmade items (cash binders), not because of customer service. She has a website that you can contact her through about your Etsy order. She always sends replacements when there are issues with the post office, you just need to contact her through her website.
Hey, I believe I know who this is. It has been really traumatic for me to lose my Etsy shop that I have built for three years but it has been the motivation I needed to start my own website and grow my social media. I had almost 4000 sales and over 1300 great reviews. My shop was not shut down due to any cases, so I am not sure why you are trying to discredit my shop. I received an email from Etsy stating that I violated their policy by selling non-handmade items. However, I have been fighting to get the listings removed so that I can re-open my shop. I only mention that there are no refunds or cancellations because your order was within my processing time of 2-4 weeks. I am not the only small business owner with this policy. If you did not receive your order, I was more than willing to send out a replacement. However, instead, a refund was issued because you no longer wanted the order. I love my customers, so if you still want the order, I will gladly send it out to you regardless of the refund. You can reach out to me with your shipping details at jasmine@jasmineswallet.com.
