With the new artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms that are there, starting in next few decades or centuries to follow, educations and services provided based on stored knowledge will change. 40 to 30 or so years ago if someone said, I’ll give my date of birth, place, and time. This machine called computer will provide all the charts in seconds without mistakes. All the astrologers of that time would have (or may have ) laughed. But today we know that’s not true.
If pure Venus doesn't let the person to get married then why should the same Venus allow him to indulge in luxury? Both are of the same Samasara right?
A pure Venus does not give luxury too if it is posited in the 4th. It is a very different planet and gives a huge boost to spiritual and philosophical thinking.
