Consider placing a vegetable/fruit plastic bag from grocery store inside pulp container. Makes for easy disposal without needing to clean the container.
I juiced cranberries, red apples and a pineapple today. I juiced them separately to see how the cranberries tasted before I combined them. The cranberries were very tart. The apples and pineapple did take some of the tartness out but not all of it. Your combination with pears looks delicious. Thank you for sharing.
That sounds good! They definitely have a strong tart taste. I found out the pear balance the taste. I did pear, celery, pineapple and ginger yesterday and it was good. You’re welcome and thanks for watching 😄
Heres a tip, leave the spout cap open and let the juice flow out. Letting it build up puts some of the juice back into the pulp. Its not a lot but it is noticable. The spout cap is really only useful for making things like nut milk, or for cleaning.
You should add hot to the cranberry pulp to get all the rest of that cranberry that is left in there out. That is what I do when I juice cranberry let the cranberry pulp sit in hot water until they turn white. You don’t have to boil them you can do it twice if you want to just make some cranberry juice, but you have to use hot water after
Looks good! Because I love pure cranberry juice, I'm sure that I'll enjoy this. Instead of pears, I'll try with apples that aren't sour. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks! It was good 😊 The order on the instructions are Bottom to top. Leafy, soft, medium then hard fruits on top. The hard fruits push the softer fruits down. In the 1:09 mark of this video I show the order on the paper from Nama th-cam.com/video/SUD01NkxlO8/w-d-xo.htmlsi=-gUBVJ-ZbA9ZvOxK
This looks soo refreshing and healthy! Can't wait to try it. Where did you purchase your Nama Juicer? I want to purchase one on sale during Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
Thanks! I had to get use to the tart taste of the cranberry but it was good! I put the link to their site in the description. Hopefully they will have a sale Friday 😄
Don't bother the Kuvings auto10 destroys the nama 2 on many levels and is less expensive with free sorbet ice-cream attachment ans their new design for the juicing screen
You put a whole bag of cranberries in it of course its going to take over as far as taste. I thought you put a whole bag because you liked cranberries. But your machine did a good job though

I have a cheaper juicer than yours, and do get a bit more juice when I put in the pulp back in for a second go. Mine is Cooks Professional Slow Masticating Juicer for Fruits and Vegetables I have heard vegetable pulp can be used in soups or stews. I will be trying that very soon.
@@predatorhunteranon8315 oh ok, the pulp comes out the Nama kind of dry but I’ll see if I can get more juice from it. We never thought about using the vegetables pulp in stew or soup. Thanks!

I'm dumb, but do the cranberries have the pitts as well. It's that safe for the juicer
You good! The seeds in cranberries are soft and will have no affect on the juicer.

Do yiu use the pulp for anything.
I sometimes put the pulp back in the juicer.
