This video and the lyrics aren't compatible.The lyrics is about of arberesh (Albanian ancestors) who were obligated to leave their homes( to move from Morè,Peloponesi) because of Ottoman (Turks) occupation and their violence .It's a very old song more then 600 years ago,it's not a personal love story.
I understand what you saying and its true but at the mean time leaving the country is also living the loved ones and it’s connected with the other song vajta kalova gjithe kalabrine. So more opened mind here
