Matthew Tunks won 1 round and joint 1st with Nathan Ralls on the last one, they went on countback with Nathan’s faster time he got the win and and Matthew got the no.2 spot!! Great racing!!!

I'm finding it hard to swallow that the 'vintage' racing class includes cars that came along well after I _stopped_ racing. 😬😅😅👴

You guys are doing a great job for the scene over there, I keep saying it, but it's good to see. I'm not completely surprised that the Vintage classes are taking off. I think the reason many stopped racing older buggies at club level at least, was spares availability and affordability.

Cool video guys. That track is awesome!!
My mates and I used to race 1/10 scale but we all kind of burned out with all the seriousness of it all so we started vintage racing and found it draws a whole different kind of racer. None of us take it too seriously. We all talk a load of crap at each and have lots of laughs and afterwards have a BBQ with a few drinks. Everyone has a great time.

Totally agree the seriousness is the worst thing. I have a Top-Force Evo I just want to race and have a laugh with.
i watched quite a few of the races over the three days, but one of the most exciting ones was defo the 3rd Vintage final. Super close racing, the top two or three had some great battles at the end of the race. To top it off two cars crossed the line with the exact same time, couldn't believe it! Super exciting to watch

Nice look over the vintage cars, i watched the finals for the vintage races, man it went to the wire. Cant wait to get out to all the vintage events this year, hopefully see you both at revival again 😎

Love the Vintage RC Cars. Should they be allowed to do so many modifications with 3D printed parts and 2024 upgrades? Kind of makes them not so Vintage.
It’s more to keep with the power we have now and the tracks are a little more demanding 😅

@@PopalongRC there's some trf buggies that could have been in it a dyna storm that could have raced in it.

Defo look better
No vintage Tamiyas as this event as there were a limited number of places and they were only 2wd. Jamie Booth and Craig Drescher are very successful vintagecracing with their Top Forces and Jamie races an Astute. The Top Force is a popular choice of vintage racing and Hotshots and Terra Scorchers can be competitive in their respective classes.

Ball diff is the way 😂
My car still has a ball diff although a gear diff conversion is available and I have them, I choose not to run one to keep the cars characteristics
missing the other half of vintage... dirt track!
