Absolutely but I recommend putting a shielder in Neuvillette's team if he's C0

Any shielder would work. Layla is a pretty good choice.
Neuvi Taser? I recommend the best team is Beidou instead of Fischl and she provides shield and has great damage and Jean instead of Kazuha to heal the team because without healing Furina doesn't do anything and you don't lose Neuvi's damage.
