Absolutely but I recommend putting a shielder in Neuvillette's team if he's C0

Any shielder would work. Layla is a pretty good choice.
Neuvi Taser? I recommend the best team is Beidou instead of Fischl and she provides shield and has great damage and Jean instead of Kazuha to heal the team because without healing Furina doesn't do anything and you don't lose Neuvi's damage.

It would be the same but less skill points for phase 2, I tried as many ways as possible but still ended up with 2-3 cycles

Thats the good thing about all this. Sure, the newer units will definitely outshine older units, but they won't exactly make them worse units. They're still gonna be good, just not the cream of the crop.
