I used to like OTT, but when Yuno wanted to come back for a heist here & there and OTT said he would leave the Company if they worked with Yuno even though Ray & Benji wanted to work with their friend (who happened to be really skilled when they were having problems with the safe) I think a lot less of him now. Plus OOC doing a heist with Sykkuno is bound to boost their numbers a bit

Yeah I think for 4.0 although I was happy for Yuno at the moment when he went to OB, the crew dynamic was no longer familiar to Yuno/doesn't make him happy. However, RP-wise, the initial falling out with the Company, then now possibly with OB as well would make for a good RP story bc if Yuno's quest to find his purpose and happiness would come back full circle to the people Yuno first connected back with in 4.0: Ray & Benji, then it makes more sense for Yuno to leave OB and actually really create a crew with Ray and Benji as his core members, and Mickey for the trolling, nvl moments when Yuno wants to take things less seriously. Maybe they could add Eli, Queenie, Lottie, and Hazel later too. I think it could work out this time around as long as JP, Marty, OTT, and I hate to say it, even Mr. Lang are not involved. 4.0 showed us they all were obstacles for Yuno that had kept him from immediately discovering where his true happiness and purpose lies.

Poor EU people... They are now just gonna get ignored again by the board. That's really unfortunate because the main problem is that Pharma and Cleaning who are making the actual money were not really included by anyone BUT OTT, yeah the other boardmembers said they were gonna include them more, but I have never seen any boardmember apart from OTT treat Pharma and Cleaning as moneybags for their heists.
They haven't given up on each other. Instead where both Mickey and Benji today made attempts to leave the Company, the two of them and Ray all realised they still genuinely wanted to work together and were willing to give it a try. They are still to decide pending a full board meeting with OTT, but it's likely the three will rebrand and continue a new version of the Company. For Benji and Mickey, it just reached a point where they couldn't work with OTT anymore.

People shouldn’t be blaming OTT, what most viewers fail to understand is the company was made to fail. It was never meant to work. Having OTT as a scapegoat for members like benji to leave is just BS.
Two things can be true. It was never meant to work, but OTT was the catalyst for its fall. Of the board members OTT was the most dominant personality so many of the moves the company made were by OTT’s design.

They haven't given up on each other. Instead where both Mickey and Benji today made attempts to leave the Company, the two of them and Ray all realised they still genuinely wanted to work together and were willing to give it a try. They are still to decide pending a full board meeting with OTT, but it's likely the three will rebrand and continue a new version of the Company.
For Benji and Mickey, it just reached a point where they couldn't work with OTT anymore.

People shouldn’t be blaming OTT, what most viewers fail to understand is the company was made to fail. It was never meant to work. Having OTT as a scapegoat for members like benji to leave is just BS.
Two things can be true. It was never meant to work, but OTT was the catalyst for its fall. Of the board members OTT was the most dominant personality so many of the moves the company made were by OTT’s design.
