Seems like the commentators don't know how jealous you can get to the point of being ready to break up when you even hear your man was seeing with someone else, let alone seeing him yourself.
This show is one where before you join you must get over the fact that you don’t come first! Maria can’t cope with not being the center of attention! She needs to go home! Marriage isn’t a me first situation! This girl is a spoiled brat!
She thought she could manipulate the situation in her favor by telling him she couldn’t take it anymore but when Joey asked her “is this it?” She saw that her “complaints” backfired and she goes to the bathroom to think of something quick and she comes back saying that she decided to stay…🙄🙄🙄 she never had any intention of leaving, only wanted to manipulate him into not showing affection to other girls or he would loose her, that’s all!!!! Oh grow Maria!

I am so happy that she is gone and anyone who thinks she would make a good Bachelorette is not thinking straight. She was a troublemaker, a cry baby and a very jealous person if she thought he should not kiss any of the other girls instead of just her. What did she thinking the Bachelor show was all about?
Not being a hater … BIG red flag for someone saying “because you’re not mine” during a dating process. Sounds very possessive.
I get where you’re coming from but there’s a difference between 1) You’re mine, like I own you and 2) You’re mine, like we were made for each other (soulmates). Kinda like the Taylor swift song- “You belong with me”
There’s nothing wrong with saying your partner is yours and you have their heart, ya know? I guess that’s just how I took her saying that.
When you’re dating someone they should be essentially yours though. Otherwise you’re in an open relationship which presents its own problems

You’re right, we don’t know her and her feelings. From other people points of view, we all have an impression. My point of view is this: she’s manipulating him through his emotions. She threatens to leave just now, she told him that if he wants to keep Sydney then he shouldn’t keep her, did a wardrobe change to get him riled up, and then the worst thing is she steals Joey from a one on one. I may not know her and neither will us but my wife and I see that she manipulates and that’s a huge red flag that he should be careful.
This doesn't make sense. These girls know the process. It feels like producers did this. I hope their love is real. Maria is throwing in the towel for nothing.. Look at Zach and Kaity.

If they were going out, that was a break up speech. I thought it was a cheap shot and lie to bring up, oh you kissed other girls, when she knew the nature of the show. Also anyone can see he was hurt by her doing this. In a way it's cruel, she led him on, and when she realised she was going to get the final 🌹, she didn't want it and did this.
Maria completely blew it with Joey. She could have easily been in the top three over Rachel. I never thought Joey had true feelings for Rachel only friendship. I think Maria and Joey’s connection was much stronger.

After rewatching this scene and listening carefully to her words I think Maria might be a virgin. In the next episode her father says she's never brought anyone home, which implies she might not have ever dated anyone. It would explain her awkward behavior.

I agree, but she plays the drama card so well that they probably will. Personally I couldn't imagine finding enough guys that would be interested in her to be on the show , unless they pay them.
