Wish to share with you, Kat, about your video from your hiking with your wonderful Singi four-legged hiking companion, always happy and a glad dog! Yes, I do apricate your commenting and speaking about your plans, and doings and thoughts before and during your hiking adventure! Also, by your choice of music you have given me knowledge of for me totally new songs and beautiful music! Thank you so very much for everything, it is a great comfort to me to follow your hiking and walking in the ancient soft fells (maybe the same as: "vaara" in Finnish language?) and the big old stones scattered around with great nature forces! Anyhow, thank you, dear, Kat for sharing with us your hiking and your thoughts and music and the true love for the pristine and ancient old wilderness that actually is home to Sami people. Looking forward to watch more YT-videos from your hiking's! Wish you much joy and all the best! Stay blessed! 💯👍👍👍💝
Hello, and thank you! Yes, she did. It was her first time backpacking with a tent (she’s 1.5 years old) and she did so good. At first she didn’t really understand why we were in it but after I took a nap it was like she understood what the tent was for 😅
Various places around the trails, always sorta near water. Sweden have "allemansrätten" or the right to roam, meaning its legal to pitch your tent in nature (not on fields, close to private property etc) as long as you don't stay too long and leave nothing behind but footprints (not cause harm to nature or leave trash behind)
I have friends I hike/travel with but they are all busy with their babies these years. I've been mostly solo travelling since 2018 but are always up for adventures with others (other than my dog, of course). I live in Denmark, so it is unfortunately quite a distance to Västerås, but you never know! I don't have many adventures left this year (in the north, at least, I do travel a lot to Skåne where my family have a cabin). Maybe next year, I plan on maybe going back to Abisko and hike and explore the areas around Kungsleden (instead of just passing through).
Nice movie 👍. Grövelsjön is a great place.
