There's a technique called revision..like you can revise your past.. whatever you remember as bad/sad can be rewritten in a positive way and eventually you remember only good things..
ma'am i agree on most of the things you shared, however this seems impractical to not share your negative emotions even with yourself. It can lead to unresolved traumas and pile up creating a negative set back for a person in future. Confronting your emotions, dealing with it and letting it go and healing is the only solution for a positive shift in mind. If you avoid a loss of a person, it will reflect negatively in any such way, not now but sooner or later. We are not machines to think positive 24*7. If you think negative energies or emotions are taking a toll on you, speak it out, talk it out, just don't let it stay for a longer period of time. We as humans cannot ignore or undo our feelings, we gotta feel every emotion, and that's what makes us strong and unstoppable as a soul/ or as a human. I love this so much 💙 Now I got it how my mindset became positve and optimistic from my childhood . I grew up in a home where my siblings got more attention because they needed more support because of health issues. So somehow as a child I knew I need to be there for myself and also be there for my parents and siblings to help if they needed help. This way I learned to consol myself and focus on helping my family instead of crying about my own problem. I became much more stable and stronger emotionally and became very self reliant and optimistic in order to move ahead with life 💙 My own problems became so small and life became smoother ,because I never focused on my problems. Even though sometimes I face some sad moments, I actually know how to heal myself by now.💫 Whatever happens in your life , its shaping you for your highest good✨ I do believe in that truly. 💙 Thank you so much for bringing this topic and your content is really good 🌟✨👌

Hello ma'am, I recently came across your video and have fallen in love with your content. You are so inspiring! This particular video is an eye opener. I do affirmations and write my diary too...aaj aapk video se realise hua ki ye dono kitne contradictory kaam kar rahi thi main. You have shown a new way to look and do diary writing. Thank you ma'am!
What I do is if something is bothering me, I write down asking the same question what is bothering you right now. I’ll find out the reason why I’m feeling that way. Now that I know what’s the reason I take action in shifting that situation into positive one. I will decode what is it teaching me, what to do next and all. All this clarity I get only after writing it down. I feel so so much better after my journaling session. It has only made me a better person. I don’t take that frustration on others. I simply calmly sit down and talk to myself by writing it down. Without addressing what’s happening in me, I can’t shift myself to positive feelings. It will pile up and become trauma in our body. Once you know “what you can do to change this situation into positive one” , then you can shift it in a healthy way. Don’t share your sadness. Rather address it , find solution as in what you can do about it and shift it to high vibrations. 😊
