Vegan cheese sauce made w/carrot & potato

Ingredients
2C potatoes diced
1C carrots
1/2 of a medium onion
1/2C unsweetened milk
1tsp tahini (optional) for sharpness
Salt to taste
1Tbsp lemon
1/2C nutritional yeast or more if you want more of a cheesy flavor. Taste and add as you go.
2Tbsp onion powder
1Tbsp garlic powder
1/4tsp turmeric for color
**Add boiled water if needed for desired consistency
Cover potatoes and carrots and onion with water and boil until fork tender. Drain and Save boiled water to add to blender if needed. Add the rest of ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
