    Great job providing clear instructions on how to make beef samosa's; specifically, shaping and stuffing the tortilla shells. Thank you for this!

    This recipe is so good. I've always wanted to try samosas but don't have the somas dough so it's cool knowing I can use tortillas. All the food you make looks so good

      Thank you so much! Yes, tortillas will give you perfect results. Go for the light and soft ones. Please do share how it goes if you make some :)

    These look great and I will be trying the recipe. How are they different from empanadas?

      Let's just say they are dishes from different cultures, but the concept is similar.

    Looks good! What is the second ingredient that you mixed into the batter before adding water? Salt or baking soda?

    • @DiverseDishesandLifestyle24
      @DiverseDishesandLifestyle24  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@baylorsailor just salt, and it is optional since the stuffing has it and the tortillas have some of it too. Thanks for pointing it out. I'll clarify that in the description 😊

    Where are the required spices? I’m wondering if I can use my air-frier instead!!! Any recommendations, please?

      The spices and all ingredients are listed in the description box under the video (where you you see, "Whoa! Samosa... with smiley faces). Click on 'more'. As for the Airfryer, I haven't tried making the samosas that way but here's an idea that I believe could work. Spray the samosas with a cooking spray of your choice on both sides and shove them in there😀. Better check regularly and maybe flip once? Please do let me know how this experiment goes.
