Is it diff painting on paper ? I tried and thevpaint didn't blend , looked super thick too. I used to paint but it's been 6 years or so...never painted on paper before too . ( ran out if canvases so wanted to try paper)

Hey I’m having that issue where when the light shines through it looks patchy and ik you said that you can add more layers and it makes it look better but no matter how many layers I do it doesn’t change ,could it be from my acrylic paints I have being quite cheap paints?do you have any recommendations on good acrylic paint :) x

it could be that you might need to let the layers dry before painting the next layers!! but if that’s not the case then it may have to do with the paint
