I got this guy too absolutely love it. Altho no one could have warned me about the sheer power of him springing out! Yours seemed not so bad but let's just say mine nearly gave me a heart attack 😂 I was first sat wondering why I had a legless santa. Turned the little thing and it shot out that hard that my husband flew off his stool and we both sat there in shock looking at this headless Santa that had grown legs . It was absolutely hilarious! 😂
He's a really cool Santa and very well built, that reminds me of when I first set up my 2015 model, he literally jumped off the ground 😂😂 from then I learned not to let go of the shoulders, especially on this one as his springs feel really strong 😂

I got him back in September before he sold out as he seems a popular choice this year! He’s great and I think anyone that comes to the house will like him!

Thank you!! He has 5 songs all together, he sings ‘it’s the most wonderful time of the year’, ‘up on the housetop’, ‘jingle bells’, ‘winter wonderland’ and ‘we wish you a merry Christmas’
I have almost the same for years now, grandkids love it, but this year one of them pushed santa in the corner and we noticed too late..
Now santa does not dance anymore, by the start, once litte movement, that's it..head does not move but the lipps do...any idea where I must look if it is blocked or something? Thank you.
Sorry to hear that! He really is amazing, it could be one of these things as he’s fairly new, if you hear any of the motors trying to make him move, it’s likely he’s got a broken gear, if you can’t it might be a disconnected wire, let me know if you’d need any more help fixing him though 😊👍
Could you do me a favour, I’ve just bought one of these & the power supply & instructions are i
missing, I don’t want to return it as there is none left in stock. Could you tell me the polarity of the power supply. Is the centre positive or negative ? The plug should detail this.

Hey not sure if you can help I just bought this from the range but they didn’t have any left so bad to buy ex display but there wasn’t a charger and I’m struggling to find a charger for this could you send the one you got please would really appreciate it
Sorry to hear that your is missing the adapter, unfortunately I cannot post my own as I'm kinda short on adapters myself but it is a 9 volt 1000 mA adapter
Oh Hi Haunted Skull, My Father told me to come check you out,I love your vids, yet our moose doesn’t work it doesn’t turn on nor light up, it’s the 2014 model, it’s been broken since 2019, we tried it out last year, and it still doesn’t work, do u know where we can get one,
Glad you enjoy my vids 😊 doesn't your moose turn on a all or is it only making sound/moving. I'm unaware of if the range will be selling them this year, your best bet is probably Facebook marketplace or shpock 💀

Just got this santa but the motion sensor doesn't seem to be working, any ideas on how to rectify?
Sorry to hear that, the sad thing is that the motion sensor is a bit of a win or lose on these, it might get better over time, if not you can use the try me button located on the base 😊

My range has both the Santa and the dancing moose. The funny thing is that the dancing moose is already broken before December
Haha I guess due to the constant use it has worn it out, the santa at our store wasn't even plugged in which I guess was to preserve him for the sales or next year maybe
@@HauntedSkull yea. The moose still plays music but it doesn’t dance anymore but the Santa still sings and dances

Yeah he's very cool! I did own a gemmy santa for a short period of time and I was shocked how close the audio quality on this santa was to the gemmy one 😱😂
How do you box him away after Christmas?
To do that you simply remove his head, then push on his shoulders and he’ll lock back into storage position 👍

I archived a lot of things about those Knockoffs Santa's i also have a lot of photos and what i know is they are all made by a Chinese company called Huizhou Tianmei Arts & Crafts Co.,Ltd. and like: Bizzotto, Chengmon, Northlight, Cosette etc.. Are just imports, also the box say that, in their website say that they made those for shops exactly The Range, Walmart too and others..
The Range for example they choose to personalized boxes made for the store always from Huizhou like some other shops, there are also many rebrands and resellers.. The first ones was the Santa and the polar bear in 2009
Is a long story but if you want to know more I'm always here haha, in the end the brand is Huizhou Tianmei.
For made those they just "copy" and use the same molds about the Gemmy bear or something like those.. With the time they changed somethings and some details too.
The audio is from the Gemmy 2004 santa they have good quality things for rip the audio! And i have a Gemmy Santa and that knockoff too! Is a bit different mine but is from the same company

@@HauntedSkull i have the old model, at the end i wanted to know, this Santa have the same quality like the Gemmy one? Or it's bad? Or better? I have a Gemmy too but i never understand who is better for a simple thing, they are completely different haha, but maybe is better, because have the iron in up and under until the base.
@@animatedchristmasitems I'd probably say the gemmy one is better quality than this one personally, I've owned a gemmy one a while back and the mechanics seem to be more durable as well as the circuit board itself and the sound quality. However I wouldn't say this one is bad quality, it's much better quality than most animatronics on the market today
@@HauntedSkull yeah you are right, but at the end for me this one is more realistic than gemmy one, i have the German Exclusive and the old model about this Santa, the design on this one it's really really cool, and for me is the best "knockoff" that you can find this year, but i think they have the permissions for use the same audio but i don't know, what do you think about the permissions?
Yeah the audio sound practically on point with the Gemmy one, it may have a little more bass in it too. They’re bringing out a Chef version of this Santa this year which I have on the way, I’ll post a review of him once I start Christmas videos again!

If its still moving a bit, chances are the head motor has died, you can search for them on ebay as they're just a typical toy motor, you'll need to measure it just to ensure you get the right one 👍☃️
