My santa will not extend all the way, he does not lock in to position, is there a fix for that? Also he doesn't dance, I see I should buy a belt/oring. Where does this need to go and how do I get to it? Thank you for ask help. Jan

It's not that hard. You can find them at ace hardware but they are called rubber o rings

Yes it was multiple seasons 2002-2005 2002 having lots of differences and 2005 having the flat black base and head slightly smaller
