My cokateil is afraid of my hand, I can touch it with hand in his head , he is allowing me to scratch with my beard around his neck, he is very playful but somehow he afraid of my hand, not sure how I can win his trust ..
Id start with treats in your hand. cup your hand a little with a treat in see if they reach in to take some nibbles.
