how is this related to dead space in any way? There are no necromorphs, no dead space tool guns, its not in space or from any of the regions of dead space, and dead space didnt have generic zombies in it.

Totally agree. I was disappointed too. The lore is that an alien artifact was detected beneath the Earth, so the AI set up a training simulation to prepare. I'm hoping this is just stage one of a bigger event.
