  • The Zener diode as voltage regulator DC supply circuit, resistor calculation of ohms, wattage, electrical current and power loss is explained using ohms law with example in Hindi in this video.
    The calculation of ohms and wattage of the resistor with the selection of resistor is explained. Zener diode wattage selection is explained.

    Correction, in the last 2 figures, right side, zener current with load will be 0.02A and not 0.2A. Watch and learn Zener diode resistor calculation

      One more correction in ohms value of resistor when resistance coccects in parallel their ohms value shall remain same

    Ques. Sir मैने inverter phase के output तार का connection single pole 16 amp. Mcb मे किया है जिस साकेट मे inverter का connection है उस साकेट मे neutral व phase मिलाने पर ( touch करने पर ) mcb trip नही होती साकेट मे neutral main line का है

    sir hamne ek house wiring kiye hai usame ek ab fault aa rha hai jab light hai tab fan sahi chal rha hai light jane ke bad jab inverter par koi load diya jata hai to inverter pr ka sabhi fan speed ho jaa rha hai Q???
    bas inverter par aa rha hai fault koi bhi switch on krne par.

    Sir ji STABILIZER ki output phase wire single wire ko use kr skte h kya jese inverter mein hota h ek wire
    Stabilizer ki input neutral to attach hi hoti h supply mein
    Kya sirf ek wire ka use krke jha jrurat ho us load ko STABILIZER se chla skta h kya ek wire se 🙏🙏🙏
    Sir ji STABILIZER ki input output neutral common hoti h sir inke ampere mein to Farq hota h na phir koi dikkat kyu nhi aati h 🙏🙏plz btaye

    Ques. 1. Sir rccb मे ampier क्यु दिया जाता है जैसे
    16amp. 25amp. 40amp.
    घर मे 30ma का rccb लगवाना चाहिए
    यह तो समझ आ गया लेकिन rccb कितने amp की लगानी चाहिए rccb मे amp क्या काम आता है rccb मे amp. क्यु दिया जाता है

      Yeh tho es per nirbhar karta hai ki, out load current kitni hai aur zener diode kitni power kaa hai.

      @@GKAgrawal2 sir hmne 5amp ka load lena hai 12v output ka transistor use kiya hai TIP3055 aur voltage unregulated aa raha hai around 40v ke kreeb aur 8amp bhi aa raha hai kitne watt ka ziner use hoga

      At least 50 watts zener, design not practical. The transistor may burn.

    Sir please make a video on Load Testing for SMPS ... How to test with fixed load resistor ? ... Currently i am working in a private organization where i perform testing of smps .. in testing we are adjusting input ac voltage and at the output side we connect a resistor .. and note the readings ... And from the testing board there are three indicator which are ac input voltage , ac input current and DC output voltage only ... I want to know how can this actually works without changing load resistor ( as i know we have to increase load current with low to high ) but here we are changing input voltage instead of output current . ... We test at three input voltage first 220 volts then 130 volts and then 300 volts ... Whenever we change input voltage then automatically current changes itself ( as per ohms law ) . But sir i have watched a lots of video on your channel . I don't remember which video was that exactly but in a video you said that the total power at primary will be the total power at the secondary side ( in other words you said the total power on input side is always equal to the output side ) .
    But when i calculate the input current and voltage and then multiply to get input power and then calculate the fixed output DC voltage and resistance ( fixed load resistor ) but both values are not same 🙄 why ???
    For example i test a laptop adapter which has 19vdc and 4 ampere maximum current rating .. so we attached a load resistor of 4.75ohms to get 4A constant current at the output .. and we change input voltage ... I want to know how this load test work without changing load ??? Please please reply sir.

      According to.me, the test you are doing is not the load test, but it is input voltage varation test at full load. This may come under routing test.
      Check your documents for type test done if any.
