    Oats(20 GM)+curd(150 ml)+ 4 dates+ *sprouts* + honey one table spoon+ soked Ground nuts = brackfast Nd lemon water (my brackfast ) 😎 it's so filling

    Idli and dosa are very good for health, we take ground chutney which is protein calcium other nutrients and idli dosa batter is fermented and it gives peace to mind.

    Thanks Raju garu, started eating sprouts since 2 months as daily breakfast... one question, I am unable to directly eat sprouts, so eating sprouts by heating in oven for couple of minutes . Can you pls advise is it healthy or should i eat sprouts without heating ?

    Any one has issues after having sprouts everyday? I am getting gas issues after..earlier I never had this issue.

      Yes, i heard from others same... so i started eating by heating in oven for couple of minutes so that it is easy digestable and with this apporach not facing gas issue... but not sure is it healthy or not.. posted this question in comments, lets hope raju garu help with answer...

      Heating isn't important but u can please quantity less and exercise for a period time. Bobbarulu/Alsondalu will give if you take more little bit taste less any make with out touching fruits🍍🍎🍓🍇 and with out exercise can't eat more and may feel gas like effect some people.
