I have one not quite that fancy and it's great. They are most likely reserving the halfbaked program for more exotic materials but Eugene has put a ton of effort into making it easy to order a Whippersnapper tailored to your tastes. There are 3 different starting points based on what type of handle material you prefer, and then there are a total of 676 possible combinations available overall. They call it the Whippersnapper quickform - there is a link on the Olamic homepage but I can't include the link here or my comment will be autodeleted. They did do this with the original Whippersnapper but they have updated it for the bolsterlock models.
I just want to say, I ordered an Olamic Soloist and they were a dream to work with.
Not only that, but you don't have to pay until you see your build and you like it.
I think more people should get into Olamic because they are heavily underrated IMO.

Lamnia also carries a lot of Olamic knives for the people in Europe. They ship worldwide, and US people don't pay the EU tax so I believe that will be redacted from the price at checkout 18% if I remember correctly.
I definitely want one! However, due to pre-orders from EMPEDC, Winter BladeCo, and Arcane Designs, I have no budget left this year. Just hope it's still available next year.

just grabbed one of these with cts xhp, bronze fat cf, and dark blasted ti. Was just sitting there at bladehq. Couldnt believe it lol. Btw, SMKW has a bunch of these in configs that are sold out everywhere else
Many little things vary from each whippersnapper. For example I have a damasteel bolster whippersnapper and my clip is a stand-off clip and I do not have a lanyard hole on mine
I love my whippersnappers. The only knives I have that are Olamic are whippersnappers.
The older one looks so much better with the full ano
That plain matte finish around the pivot does look strange because the rest of the knife is so polished and refined.

Edit: yea I’ve owned 3 of the frame lock whippersnappers and the new bolster lock one is amazing!!! The action is superior on the new one! The detent was way too weak on the old ones but the new ones the detent is perfect!!! I got rid of my other three a long time ago but this one is going nowhere except in my pocket! Mine isn’t drop shut but that’s ok! It is like glass though and I love this one! Get one now if you have the means!

That's a $700$ knife..... I am not lucky enough to have that much money to spend on a pocket knife. Not sure if anyone should spend that much. I think it's a bit ridiculous.
