Pretty much, a proper nostalgia trip for me! Some of the jumpiness is caused by the VHS recording, however. The text showing the channel name when you change channels would stay at the top of the screen where it's meant to be, but you did get a fully scrambled picture for a second or so every time you changed channel.

I can tell you exactly what that was. Zee TV (at the very start) was a standalone subscription service with its own card. It couldn't decode any other channels. So you see the Zee TV card being swapped with the Sky card around 0:35.
