    I am a Mongols from China. Hazara people are our Mongolian brothers. I have funded several poor Hazara students to complete their university courses. My original intention is to help cultivate excellent talents of Hazara people and build their own homes! The strength of a nation can only be changed by strengthening itself! And don't forget your history, traditions and ancestors!❤️

      Pakistani Hazaras are very much influenced by the Western writers and do not even think if what those writers say makes any sense. They accept it just because a Western writer has said it. The British historian, Jonathan Lee wrote in 2018:
      "Under the influence of Western ethnology, many Hazaras today claim descent from the Mongol garrisons of Chinggis Khan or even the Mongol conqueror himself."
      You are also one of those Hazaras.

    Interesting video, however, I must add that, the original name of Hazara, was Azra with Turkic roots.
    We have lived in Afghanistan for more than 2000 years and adopted persians language, culture and religion. Our ancestors left Mongolia and came to Afghanistan long before the Mongol Empire.

    • @atol2750
      @atol2750 3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Language cannot 100% identify someones ethnic roots. There are many Pashtuns who cannot speak Pashto but speak Dari or Persian. Hazaras still have Turkish and Mongolian words. In Mongolia Turks and Mongols both have the same thoughts about Wolf and many other things. So mainly Turks and Mongols are cousins.

    • @balthazarnielsen6424

      Hazaras as an ethnicity didnt exist even 900 years ago in AFG. Not even turkics lived in AFG that far back then.
      You do however have some native ancestry in you(around 30%), which are original locals of Bamyan, who were rather east iranics(alike modern day tajiks)

      Hazaras are not 2000 years old in afhanistan lmao. They claim there only during Mongol times.
      And the people who built Bamiyan and the statues of the Buddhas were Kushans/Yuezhis a Indo-European speaking people who lived in western china and got kicked out by t he Turkic Xiongnu and Gokturks and settled in Afghanistan as the Kushans and mixed wth Sakas to form the Hepthali people.....Hepthali is the same as the Pashtun tribe called Abdali(now called Durrani) they were buddhist til the Turkic Ghazanid destroyed them and made them Muslim. At least that is what ALL historicans agree with....

      Hazara are over 40% Ydna C2 and C3 which is rare in Turks(save for Kazakhs) and common in Mongolian. Turks are mostly Ydna N1c,Q1a and R1a which means Hazaras are mostly from Mongols and Pashtun mix. Also Hazaras used to speak "mogholi" up until the 20th century with only 200 speaking it today with most speaking Dari now.
      (Hazaras deny mongol origins because Pashtuns make fun of them and no one teach them how amazing their history is also because Mongols used to invade and kill Muslims so jhazaras rather claim "Turkic" instead even though DNA says they are mostly Mongol.....

    • @historybuff1591
      @historybuff1591 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@teovu5557Stop spreading lies! No Mogholi-speaking Hazaras have ever been found, although the Europeans looked for them for nearly a century. Many European writers have written about that. The people who spoke Mogholi were the Mongols of Ghorat and had no relationship to the Hazaras. Most Hazaras deny Mongol heritage because now it has come out that Hazaras have been mentioned in literature centuries before Changez Khan. Your data about DNA is also not accurate. There are DNA studies that say that the Hazaras have no Mongol DNA.

    Hazaras have Mongolian words in their language. But also Turkish words. Btw both Mongols and Turks share the same geography they are cousins. Kurut in Turkish means dry. In Hazaragi word Kurud is a dried Cheese. Also Turks use Kellepacha, where ease Hazaras in many Afg. locations use the same word but in different dialect and say kallapaycha. Hazaras use Nilgha word which is same in Mongolian lang., meaning baby. Tutta means run in both Hazara and Mongol language. Atay, Ata used for father. Tata means uncle. Language is one (some times simple) identity of an ethnicity. There are many pashtuns in Afghanistan who cannot speak Pashto but only speak Persian. So, language is not the only entity. I will share more later. Thank you Bro.

      @@salehkhan6788 Hazara clan structure, vocabulary, food, and genes strongly indicate Hazara people are direct descendants of the Turko-Mongol Army from the 13th century. The Mongols in Central Asia eventually Turkified, but the Mongols stationed in Afghanistan and Iran eventually adopted Persian. (As such, one the most detailed accounts on the Mongol Empire was written in Persian for a Mongol rulers.) Considering the location, I suspect the Hazara tribes were strategically placed along the Hindu Kush mountains to protect the route to Iran and Iraq (as the Turko-Mongol Army advanced westwards.) Militarily, they probably would've been near Herat (which was the logical hub) from Central Asia to Iran.
      As for genetics, Mongols, Manchus, and Turks have been living in close proximity for thousands of years. They frequently formed alliances and inter-married, and fought for supremacy. (Some of Genghis Khan's wives were from Turkic tribes in Mongolia. And his ancestors come from the mountain region near Inner Mongolia and Manchuria.) All of this resulted in similar genetics, grammar, vocabulary, phonetics, culture, religion, clothing, food, music, etc...among the Mongols, Turks, and Manchus. To date, as you get closer to Turkic homeland in Western Mongolia and Altai region, the more Turkic (Northeast Asian) admixture they have.

      The first thing is that you are giving a very high percentage for Turkish words. Also, as the Hazara writer Mohammad Ali Shari says, just because a word is used in both Turkish and Persian does not mean that they are Turkish. The second thing is that it is not so simple to change your language from one to another. It is silly to say that "for some reason" we changed our tongue. Were we crazy to take that trouble? Our clothes style is also not Turkish. The names of our tribes are also not Turkish. The Hazaragi language contains old Persian words from three thousand years ago, which have been lost in other Persian dialects centuries ago. Mohammad Ali Shari has written a whole book about such words.

When they first met the scientist, They asked from him in Mongolian language " Mana Kele mednee? (You know our language ? )? .
    Hazara Mongols had kept their native language very well until the 20th century, unfortunately later for many reasons, The native language is extinct and most of them speak Persian(has about 30 percent are Mongolian words) . There are very few Mongolian-speaking Hazara Mongols(Moguls) in Afghanistan today.
    Ramstedt traveled on several occasions from Finland through Russia to Central Asia with the aim of studying the languages, traditions and history of the Mongol and Turkic peoples and for the purpose of collecting dictionary material.in 1903 Ramstedt heads for the border between Russian Turkestan and Afghanistan in search for Mongols in Afghanistan .Although the commandants and governors working at the border tell him that there are no Mongols in Afghanistan, Ramstedt manages to find two workers at the clay pits near the border who speak ancient Mongolian. They are Abdilla and Rustam .

    According to Gustav John Ramstedt's book "Seven Journeys" about his travels along Mongolia, Xinjiang and Afghanistan in the early 1900s he met two Hazara men who could speak Moghol. They were surprised at how G. J. Ramstedt could understand words from their language when he tried speaking to them in Khalha Mongol. They said to each other, "Mana Kele Medana" (He understands our tongue).

    • @historybuff1591

      Those two that Ramstedt met were not Hazaras, they were named Rustam and Abdillah and they were Mongols of Ghorat. No Mogholi-speaking Hazaras have ever been found, although the Europeans looked for them for nearly a century. Many European writers have written about that.

Some of them now do under the influence of some Western writers. Those two spoke Mongolian. H. F. Schurmann who has written a book about the Mongols of Ghorat says that 1. No Hazara has ever been found speaking Mongolian, although the Europeans searched for more than half a century. 2. The Mongols are a separate entity and have nothing to do with the Hazaras or Aimaqs. But some Western writers did confuse them to be Hazaras or Aimauks. Even Major Leech who first reported about them mistakenly called them Moghol Aimauks. Ramstedt has written that Rustam and Abdillah themselves denied any relation to the Aimauks. The Aimauks are also Persian-speaking.

    • @normanhayashi
      @normanhayashi 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@historybuff1591 Thank you for the source. I read the part about Rustam and Abdillah with my limited understanding of the German language, and I recall the photo GJ Ramstedt took of both of them, they do look more like Moghols than Hazaras. This probably means that the Hazaras have assimilated into Persian culture and lost their original culture probably even before the collapse of the Blue Horde rule over the region. But that of course doesn't rule out the Hazaras being related to the Turkic World (which includes Mongolic peoples). I hope one day they can find out how the Hazaras stopped speaking their original native language and when it happened, and it wouldn't surprise me if their language is very similar to Moghol as the modern Moghol vocabulary still share many common words with my tongue Oirat/Kalmyk.

    • @historybuff1591
      @historybuff1591 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@normanhayashiYou're welcome. The Hazara language does have some Mongol words, but the German Linguist Michael Weiers conducted a test to compare both the Hazara language and the language of the Ghorat Mongols to Uiguro-Mongolian. He found out that in the Hazara language, only 4% of the basic words were related to Uiguro-Mongolian, while in the language of the Ghorat Mongols, more than 81% of the words were. So he concluded that the Hazaras could in no way be related to the Mongol armies that came with or after Genghis, since if two languages are related, then even after one thousand years, at least 81% of the basic words would be related. The interesting thing is that the Mongols of Ghorat were very much racially mixed with the Persians and most of them did not even look Mongol. They were also very small in numbers, confined to just a few very small villages. Still, they had preserved their language for seven centuries. So how could the Hazaras with such a large population lose their language and culture? It's just impossible that the language of the Hazaras to have been anything but Persian.

    Two reason why I think PASHTOON-DOMINATED Talibans hate Hazaras. Most Hazaras are Shia meaning they believe in the 12 imams of Shi'ism, and because Persian Shias & Iraqi Shias are known to used abusive language to the first 3 caliphs of 'Sunni-Deobandi' Talibans, hence Sunni-Deobandi Talibans assume Hazaras also openly or secretly curse the first 3 caliphs, which is offcourse propaganda spread by Anti-Shia Sunni Arab & Sunni South-Asian(Pakistani) media. Secondly, it goes way back, When Babur the Timurid Mongol-Turk despite being a Sunni, was going toward India from Uzbekistan, since Afghanistan(including Pashtoon Northern-Pakistan, SWAT) was in the way, Babur who was descendant of Turk-Mongol Timur & Mongol Genghiz-Khan massacred Pashtoons in Afghanistan, so there was always this racial hatred between Turks Vs Pashtoons & Pashtoons Vs Mongols, so Taliban Pashtoon feel like they are taking revenge. Have you noticed why Persian Shias in Iran & Afghanistan also discriminate against Hazara Shias? It goes all the way back to Hulagu Khan invasions. Past is past, Hazaras should not be blames just because Mongols in the past invaded their lands.

There were many cases of him showing mercy to enemy. If you define war as genocide then all the nations in the world had done it in their existence. Even Russians did it against Circassians. Yes, his sons and grandsons had reached Europe and conquered many lands. But we have to respect those who lived hundreds and thousands of years before us.
