Nicolas is a Roach edible....I was trying to figure out what species of fish it would be similar to in the States...To me it kind of looks like a species of carp........I do know you can keep that weather....LOL!!😎🥶
Every fish is edible but some taste better than others and in Scotland we have a great choice of good fish , especially the sea one . In our waters eating roach is thrown upon . Our weather can be swapped anytime with yours .
